Center for Independent Living

The Center for Independent Living (CIL) provides advocacy, programs and services in support of the rights, independence, and inclusion of people with diverse disabilities. CIL is the first independent living center in the country and provides independent living resources and support to youth, adults and seniors with disabilities and their families in Northern Alameda County (AC), including Berkeley, Oakland, Alameda, Emeryville, Piedmont and Albany.
